Daniel Starnes’ practice areas include general civil litigation, municipal liability, civil rights and worker’s compensation. He received his B.S. cum laude from the University of Tennessee and his J.D.from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he served as vice president of the Federalist Society and participated in moot court. Before joining the firm as an associate in 2007, Mr. Starnes interned with the Honorable Dennis H. Inman, Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee and with the Honorable William J. Haynes Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee. Mr. Starnes is a member of the Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
