Darrell G. Townsend,
Member Darrell Townsend's practice is concentrated in the defense of all manner of civil cases with particular emphasis on claims against professionals, civil rights actions and personal injury litigation. Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, Mr. Townsend received his B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 1973 and his J.D. from Vanderbilt in 1977. He has practiced continually with the firm since his licensing in October, 1977. Mr. Townsend is a member of the Nashville Bar Association (past Secretary-Treasurer), the American Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2003. He has been included in the Best Lawyers in America publications for his work in defense of personal injury and legal malpractice for more than ten years. |
