Ms. Balite-Panelo also has an LL.M. degree specializing in International Economic and Business Law from the Kyushu University Graduate School of Law in Japan, where she was a Japanese government scholar. In 2009, she earned her LL.M. degree with a certificate of specialization in Law and Business from Vanderbilt University Law School.
