Gregory W. Callaway,
Member Greg Callaway concentrates his practice in the areas of construction litigation, premises liability, and general civil tort and business litigation. He is a founding member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. With more than ten years of trial experience as the lead attorney in jury and non-jury trials, Mr. Callaway has successfully represented a wide variety of clients in the areas of corporate and insurance defense. Born in 1970 and a native of Laramie, Wyoming, Mr. Callaway received his B.S. in finance from the University of Utah in 1993. In 1997, Mr. Callaway obtained his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where he was a member of Cumberland's trial advocacy board. He has practiced law since his affiliation with the firm in 1997. |
