Hugh Gracey focuses his practice on civil litigation, primarily in the areas of products liability, construction litigation, personal injury defense, professional liability defense, insurance defense, general civil litigation and plaintiff tort litigation. Mr. Gracey has represented clients in both state and federal courts throughout Tennessee.

Mr. Gracey received his B.A. from Auburn University in 2000 and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 2003.

Mr. Gracey is a member of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute and the Nashville Bar Association. He has an AV (preeminent) peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
