Neil McIntire's practice focuses on professional claims defense, civil rights defense, community association defense and appellate advocacy.  He has practiced law with the firm since 1999. 

Mr. McIntire received his B.A., cum laude, from Samford University in 1993 and completed law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1998, where he was president of the Tennessee Student Bar Association in his second year.
