Steve Elliott practices primarily in the area of trial and appellate litigation, with emphasis in workers' compensation, police liability, civil rights, employment discrimination, real estate errors and omissions and professional liability.  He received his B.S. in 1996, cum laude, from David Lipscomb University in public administration/political science.  He received his J.D. in 1999 from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.  Mr. Elliott is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute.
