He has lectured on medical records, deposition strategies, and medical malpractice. Mr. Pinckney is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. He received his B.A. from The Citadel, his J.D. from Vanderbilt University, and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee.
